Two of the three most-recommended platforms publish their prices. One does not. Here is every published number, read from the vendor, with the date we read it.
The published prices, in full
Jobber, read 7 August 2026, promotion re-checked 13 August 2026. Prices are published on a grid — each tier quoted at one, five, ten and fifteen users, on three separate billing bases. Annual figures below are the standing rates, with the twelve-month introductory rate in brackets. That introductory rate is past its stated deadline and is printed here only so you can recognise it — see the note under this list. Core: USD 49 monthly with no commitment, USD 29 annually (introductory rate was USD 24), one user included. Connect: USD 139 to USD 399 monthly, USD 99 to USD 299 annually (introductory from USD 80), one to fifteen users. Grow: USD 199 to USD 499 monthly, USD 149 to USD 399 annually (introductory from USD 120), one to fifteen users. Plus: USD 499 to USD 699 monthly, USD 439 to USD 529 annually (introductory from USD 352), five to fifteen users. Additional users USD 29 per month on every tier, with no introductory rate. Above fifteen users the page publishes nothing and directs you to sales.
On that introductory rate. The offer states one deadline and no year: “you must subscribe to an eligible Jobber plan before August 12 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Offer applicable to new customers only.” On 13 August 2026 that date is in the past. The vendor still displays the offer and the same undated fine print, and says nowhere that it has ended — so we do not claim it was withdrawn. We claim only what can be checked: the published deadline has gone by, so the bracketed figures above are not prices you can plan against. Every standing figure on this page is unaffected.
Housecall Pro, read 7 August 2026. Basic: USD 79 monthly, USD 59 annually. Essentials: USD 189 monthly, USD 149 annually. Max: USD 329 monthly, USD 299 annually. A 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and no long-term contract requirement. Included seat counts and additional-user pricing are not published.
ServiceTitan, read 7 August 2026. Three tiers named Starter, Essentials and The Works. No price published for any of them. The page states the model is per-technician and asks for a demo.
The worked example that explains why we only use vendor pages
While building this site we checked the widely-repeated third-party figure for Housecall Pro: “$59/month per user for Basic, $129/month per user for Essentials, and $199/month per user for MAX.”
The vendor’s own page says USD 79, USD 189 and USD 329 monthly, with USD 59, USD 149 and USD 299 annually. So the secondary had taken the annual rates and presented them as monthly, attached a “per user” qualifier the vendor does not use anywhere, and still got two of the three tiers wrong — Essentials by USD 20 and Max by USD 100.
That is not a subtle error. It is the difference between USD 2,388 and USD 3,948 a year on one tier. And it was repeated across multiple sites that all rank for “field service software pricing”.
This is why every price on this site carries a source and a date, and why the calculator will not compute with anything else.
What “quote-gated” is worth knowing
A vendor that does not publish a price is not hiding something shameful; it is selling a variable product to a variable buyer, and the price genuinely depends on your headcount and your modules.
But it does have a consequence for you: you cannot compare it on a spreadsheet before you have spent an hour on a call, and by then you are inside a sales process. Knowing which platforms are quote-gated before you start lets you decide how many of those hours you want to spend.
Of the three most-recommended platforms for a 5-30 technician shop, one is quote-gated. Plan for that call rather than discovering it.
Everything not on this page
FieldEdge, Service Fusion, FieldPulse, Workyard, RazorSync and ContractorPlus all appear in this market and are not priced here. Their pricing pages were not read at source in this build, so they carry no number on this site and none in the calculator.
They will be added one at a time, each after its own page is read and logged, with the date. That is slower than copying a comparison table. It is the only version of this site worth running.

Vendor pricing changes without notice. Every figure above carries the date it was read. If a vendor’s current page disagrees with this one, the vendor’s page is right and this one is stale — and that is a bug worth reporting.
