Spanish law requires a site like this one to say who stands behind it, in a place a reader can always reach. This page is that statement. It appears twice — in English because English is the language this site is read in, and in Spanish because the law imposing the duty is Spanish and names the authorities as well as the reader among those who must be able to read it.

“Truck Roll” is the name this site publishes under. It is not a separate company, a brand licensed from anyone, or a trading name belonging to anybody other than the publisher above, which is responsible for everything on these pages.
Two facts that are not settled, and are not being hidden
The registry entry is pending. The law asks a provider to publish the details of its entry in the Mercantile Registry where it is entered — the duty is expressly conditional. This company’s entry has not yet been made, so there are no particulars to publish. That is stated here rather than left as a silence, because a missing line and an omitted line look identical to a reader and only one of them is honest. Registry, volume, folio and sheet appear on this page in the same change that records them anywhere else.
The tax number is provisional. A provisional number is issued to a company whose incorporation deed and certificate of inscription are not yet all lodged, and is replaced by a definitive one once they are. It is the number that corresponds to the entity in the meantime. Publishing it and marking it provisional is more useful to a reader than publishing nothing, and more honest than presenting a temporary number as final. When it becomes definitive this line changes and says so.
Who is not the publisher
No individual is presented anywhere on this site as its administrator or as the legal representative of the publisher. A company acquires the legal personality of its chosen form on inscription, and until then those who act in its name carry personal liability — so naming an officeholder before the entry that fixes the office is complete would be publishing a statement about a person that the register does not yet support. The person holding that office will be named on this page when the entry is made, and not one day before.
Shareholders of the publisher are not editors of this site, are not presented as such, and have no byline here. The identity duty is about the provider, not about who owns it, so no shareholder is named: publishing a private individual’s name where no obligation requires it would be collecting attention for them rather than accountability for the site. No page on this site carries a byline at all. There is no employee, editor, reviewer or advisory board, and none is claimed.
What this site sells
Nothing. There is no product, no subscription, no account, no checkout and no mailing list. The figures on these pages are other companies’ own published list prices, read at their source and dated. They are the vendors’ prices, on the vendors’ terms, and whether tax is included is the vendor’s statement rather than this site’s. The price-information duties written for a provider quoting the price of its own product do not reach a site that quotes nobody’s but the vendors’. That distinction is set out here rather than left to be inferred.
Law, supervisor and complaints
The publisher is established in Spain. Spanish law governs this notice, Spain’s information society services legislation applies to the site, and European data protection law applies to any personal data the publisher handles — wherever the reader happens to be sitting. Readers in the United States are the audience this site is written for; that does not narrow the publisher’s obligations, and this page does not pretend it does.
Anything to do with personal data can be taken to the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos. Everything else goes to the address above and is answered by a person.
