The clearest difference between these two is not features. It is whether you can work out next year’s bill without a phone call.
Two pricing philosophies
Jobber publishes a unit and a rate: users, USD 29 each per month, on top of a published tier. Add a technician and you know the number.
ServiceTitan states a unit — per technician — and publishes no rate. Add a technician and you know your bill went up by an amount only they can tell you.
Neither is wrong. They serve different buyers. But for a shop planning headcount, one of them is a spreadsheet input and the other is a meeting.
Where each stops fitting
Jobber’s published grid runs to fifteen users, quoted explicitly at one, five, ten and fifteen, with additional users at USD 29 a month.
Above fifteen users the page stops quoting and directs you to sales. Past that point Jobber is in the same position as the quote-gated vendors, and the difference between them is where the wall stands, not whether there is one.
ServiceTitan’s quote form asks whether you have office staff at all, which suggests a buyer where that is a real question. Below ten technicians the process cost of buying it is likely to outweigh what it adds.
This site’s scope is 5-30 technicians, and inside that band the crossing point is a genuine judgement call that depends on how much of your revenue is installation work and how much process you already run.
The question that settles it faster than a feature matrix
Ask ServiceTitan for the per-technician rate at your exact headcount, the minimum billable count, and the renewal rate after term. Then compute Jobber for the same headcount from the published table.
If the two land close, take the one you can price yourself. If ServiceTitan lands far above, you are buying capability you should be able to name — and if you cannot name it, that is your answer.

Vendor pricing changes without notice. Every figure above carries the date it was read. If a vendor’s current page disagrees with this one, the vendor’s page is right and this one is stale — and that is a bug worth reporting.
