Field service software cost calculator: 36-month total from published prices only

Subscription, additional users and card and ACH processing over 36 months — computed only from prices read on each vendor’s own pricing page, each carrying the date it was read.

  • Published a price read from the vendor’s own page, with the date it was read
  • Quote-gated the vendor publishes no price. No number is shown and none is estimated
  • Unknown not established at source, and not guessed
Cover graphic showing the three states this calculator can return: a published price, a quote-gated platform with no number, and an unknown input.

Work out what field service management software will actually cost your shop over three years — subscription, seats and payment processing — using only prices read from each vendor’s own pricing page. Where a vendor does not publish a price, this tool says so and stops. It never estimates.

Three-year totals are shown at the standing rate. Where a vendor advertises an introductory rate, it runs for the number of months the vendor states and the standing rate runs for the rest — and the promotional total is shown separately, because a dated offer for new customers is not a price you can count on. Jobber’s introductory offer is past the deadline the vendor published — August 12 at 11:59 p.m. PT — so it is shown lapsed rather than live and is in no headline total here. Re-read at source ; the vendor’s page still displays the offer and has not said it ended.

Where every price came from

  1. Jobber pricing — vendor pricing page, read
  2. Housecall Pro pricing — vendor pricing page, read
  3. ServiceTitan pricing — confirmed to publish no price, read

Vendors change prices without notice. If a vendor’s current page disagrees with this one, the vendor’s page is right and this one is stale.
